This glittering herkimer quartz crystal boasts of uniquely interesting black inclusions called anthraxolite, which is fossilized plant material that is encased within the stone, formed millions of years ago in the middle of New York state when it was a shallow sea bed. These crystals, called "herkimer diamonds" are a testament to the wonders of nature, crystal formation, and the beauty of this planet. Some stones may reveal rough edges or even "chips" where the stone was broken away from its host rock, THIS IS NORMAL.
A singular, naturally faceted herkimer crystal point has been expertly wire wrapped at the top and joined to shimmering cable chain.
Both the stone and the chains twinkle beautifully in the light. Each stone will differ slightly as all are made by nature, not by man, but they are all approximately 11mm in size.
